Administrative Support Administrative Support volunteers assist with a range of office duties, ranging from filing to reminder calls, in a variety of hospital system settings.

Ambassador Ambassadors are stationed at hospital entrances and other key sites to offer welcoming and wayfinding support to patients and visitors.

CARE ED (Patient Care) "Care and Respect for Everyone" volunteers provide bedside comfort and kindness to admitted patients or in the Emergency Department. Round on patients to help them feel cared for and heard.

Hospital Delirium Program Hospital Delirium Program volunteers receive special training to offer interventions to patients in the ICU or other intensive care areas to help prevent acute confusion known as Delirium.

Meal Assistance Program During meal times, MAP volunteers offer support to nursing staff and patients needing assistance to help them achieve their optimal nutritional goals. This companionship, social support, and feeding patients help improve clinical outcomes, reduce anxiety and isolation, and improve the patient experience. Take 10 Take 10 Spiritual Care volunteers bring a soothing tea cart with healthy snacks and essential oils to frontline staff who can take a break from their work to have a moment of quiet and reflection.

Unit Support Unit Support Volunteers help improve the quality of care by assisting the staff and patients with non-clinical needs. They work alongside nursing staff to enhance the patient experience and provide support to patients and their families.
