The Department of Volunteer Services (DVS) team is thrilled to be able to share VSys, our new volunteer, student, and observer management system, with you. Thank you for the opportunity to address your department's needs with this tool which we hope will assist you with the clearance and onboarding of multiple categories of applicants coming to Mount Sinai to support or visit your department.

We appreciate that change comes with some growing pains, so please share your experience and evolving needs with us. Our goal is to build an effective tool that will offer a streamlined experience for you and the people you would like to onboard.

Early reviews have been very positive, but we consistently strive to improve.  Please reach out to the people behind the system if we can support you in any way.  And take advantage of daily zoom office hours, tutorials, and evolving tools to help you and your applicants move through clearance with clarity.
